Reviews must be real
- Never write, buy, sell or post fake reviews, or ask others to.
- Never write reviews for your own shop or a competitor's shop in someone else's name.
- Customers must approve their own review text before it is used.
No rewards for reviews
Google's policies do not allow offering incentives for reviews. Do not give discounts, gifts, loyalty stamps or any other reward in return for a review, and do not only ask happy customers ("review gating"). Roshefy's loyalty stamps are for visits only. Shops that break this rule may be suspended.
No spam or misuse
- Do not send unwanted bulk messages or use customer details for anything the customer did not agree to.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or access another shop's data.
- Do not scrape or copy the platform or its content.
No unlawful or harmful content
- Nothing illegal, threatening, hateful, defamatory, adult or misleading.
- Nothing that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or privacy.
- Nothing that breaks the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
Reporting a problem
If you see something that breaks these rules, email hello@rosheefy.com with the page address and what is wrong. We review reports promptly and may remove content, suspend accounts or report matters to the authorities.
What happens if rules are broken
We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close an account, and where the law requires, share information with the authorities.
