Your rights
- Access: get a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: fix anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Deletion: ask us to erase your data.
- Export: ask for a copy of your data in a common format.
- Withdraw consent: stop us using data we hold because you agreed.
- Nominate: name someone to act for you if you die or cannot act.
How to make a request
- Email hello@rosheefy.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Data request" and what you want (access, correction, export or deletion).
- Give your name and the shop or phone number involved so we can find your data.
- We may ask a question to confirm it is really you before we act. This protects your data.

If your data sits in a shop's customer book, we may pass your request to that shop as well, since the shop decides what it keeps about its own customers.
How fast we respond
- We confirm we received your request within 48 hours.
- We aim to finish within 30 days. If more time is needed we will tell you why.
- Some records must be kept by law (for example tax records). We will explain if we cannot delete something.
